GURUVAYUR YATRA 2011

From 13th to 16th of May ISKCON Salem is organizing sravanam - kirtanam camp in Guruvayur.

Ancient Guruvayur temple is one of the most enchanting and glorious temples of Lord Krishna ("Guruvayurappan") near Thrissur in Kerala State. More than 600 devotees will participate in the Guruvayur yatra 2011 and take the most valuable association of HH Bhakti Vikasa Swami in the holy dham and be absorbed in hearing and chanting the glories of the Lord.

 

Guruvayur, the abode of Lord Sree Guruvayurappan, is located 29 kms north west to Kerala. Guruvayur is well connected with the other parts of the country by road and rail. The National highway is passing through Kunnamkulam which is just 8 kms away from Guruvayur. It is half an hour drive by car from Thrissur.
